The T.E.C. Center is a technology business incubator located in Madison, Wisconsin. T.E.C. Center, Inc., a non-profit, assists small businesses, start-up companies, and entrepreneurs with an incubator program, flexible facilities, and an experienced management team.  The business incubator not only provides facility space and resources, but also encourages business growth and economic development in Madison and south-central Wisconsin.

Flexible office and lab suites are tailored for a variety of entrepreneurial ventures, from professional offices, to biotechnology laboratories.  Tenants may easily expand or contract from suite to suite to match the growth sequence of their business.  A shared lounge/kitchen area offers a place to meet or have lunch, while the three conference rooms vary in size, layout, and features for the meeting at hand.

T.E.C. Center is located at 3591 Anderson Street, Madison, WI 53704.  Located across the street from the main Madison College campus, T.E.C. tenants have proximity to college resources, experienced professors, and a young, intellectual student-body.  On the corner of Anderson Street and Stoughton Road (Highway 51), T.E.C. Center is five minutes from the Dane County Regional Airport, and Interstates 39, 90, and 94.  Downtown Madison and the UW-Madison campus are a short fifteen minute drive from T.E.C.
