Leasing InformationThe T.E.C. Incubator facilities are beneficial to and geared toward technology- based firms. The incubator is strategically positioned across the street from the main Madison Area Technical College campus. Businesses can readily tap into a plentiful array of available resources. Tenants can take advantage of flexible, short-term leases and have the ability to expand or contract within the T.E.C. Incubator Center. Up to 20 suites and shared services are available for start-up companies. When T.E.C. Incubator Center tenants grow and need to expand into larger multi-tenant space, they have the option of expanding easily within the vast T.E.C. Corridor, which is comprised of several multi-building complexes. The T.E.C. Corridor is an area running between the intersection of Highway 151 and Highway 51 to Interstate 90/94.
