• Access to general business advisory services and information through MATC and MGE Center for Entrepreneurs
• Access to Madison Area Technical College's (MATC) library

• Photocopier account - Each tenant has a copier account with a unique company access code for the common copier in the workroom

• Customized Training through Business, Industry and Community Services at MATC
• Procurement technical assistance services through the Business Procurement Assistance Center at MATC
• Access to MATC equipment and lab space as available
• Access to MATC Fitness Center as available
• Access to MATC Child and Family Center (childcare facilities) as available

Spacious, well lit and comfortable conference rooms are perfect for a variety of presentations or project meetings. Available for all tenants on a reserve basis.


Classrooms are easily divided with a hidden partition wall. Available for all tenants on a reserve basis.


The lounge features a kitchenette and a variety of vending machines.
